Utilizing industrial materials in a handcrafted way, the Crosshatch Outdoor Lounge Chair (2017) merges simplicity and functionality. Design studio Eoos used parachute cord for the chair’s open latticework, due to its stiffness and resistance to stretching over time. The teak frame is upholstered in Sunbrella Heritage fabric, which has an elegant, linen-like texture.
